The tri-arm disk lifter is a below-the-hook adjustable lifting system, which assists in material handling for power generation and industrial use. With this lifting device design, we can lift stacks of disks and other cylindrical units of varying sizes up to 20,000 lbs. Using our disk lifting device allows for gripping, lifting, positioning, and transporting. The tri-arm disk lifter is designed to maximize payload capacity for cranes and hoists.

How it Works:
The tri-arm disk lifter has three adjustable arms to secure the load. The manually operated gear mechanism is used to vary the diameter. Manually each disk is lifted and placed accurately onto the location such as a rotor or a turning center. The tri-arm disk lifter can be designed for lifting high density cylindrical material and can be used for disks, plates, drums, cylindrical test weights, and crane weights.
